Digital commerce affect your digital footprint

http://digiteen09-1.flatclassroomproject.org/Digital+Commerce
Digital commerce have effected people in many ways, in positive and negative ways. Positives: There are a lot of positive things about digital commerce, but the most important one is making life much easier for millions of people. You can buy, sell and trade goods online from siting at home and pressing a couple of buttons. People with disabilities might not be able to go to malls, and enjoy buying things from shops, but they can just use the internet and buy goods from there. What's even more amazing is that you can buy ANYTHING legal online, from things like rare candies to cars, boats, houses, art. EG: if someone wants to buy a shirt that is only made in a certain country and only sold there, then with the use of the internet, you can have it at your doorstep in approximately 1 week (depending on which shipping company). Negatives: On the other hand, people should not get all excited about buying products online, as some websites can scam you. When buying products online, you are required to give very personal information such as credit card numbers and passwords. Sometimes that information given can land in the wrong hands which means that you will get robbed. Another thing is that you really dont know what your buying. If you buy a used car online and have it shipped to you, then you might realize that something is wrong with it, something that might not be mentioned to you when buying the product. EG: someone goes online and searches for websites that sell cars online, you find the perfect car for the perfect price, you give the website information thats needed, and a week later you are in your new car thats been shipped from the USA, on the way home, it brakes down and when you take it to get it fixed, you realize that the car needs major engine, transmission, and clutch work, which adds up to cost more than the car itself.
